Every quarter, employees receives an email with a system generated, anonymous link. They click that link, and it takes them into the PEC system where they evaluate their fellow employees on a scale of 1-10. Guidelines for the rating scale are provided within PEC. The entire experience takes an employee less than five minutes to complete.
